Sims Businesses and Hobbies Expansion Pack Negative thread.

I’m thinking it probably will …. unfortunately. I can see why there shouldn’t be loading screens, but this is Sims 4, and I just can’t imagine my sim being able to seamlessly move from their home to their business without a tedious loading screen. 

how about... stop releasing new stuff that's bound to be broken and fix the game first. Also two hobbies in a hobby pack? lmao I'm not spending money on this.

Some stuff might never get fixed. I paid. Tired of waiting. I agree. Stop braking the game.

Since this game is going on it's 11th year I have faith by the 15th year everything will be fixed and I can finally play For Rent. 🙄

same, I'm tired. Tried the game for the first time in months today, already ran into bugs and I'm just tired, for all the money I put into the game. EA needs to stop putting quantity over quality. And for heaven's sake, fix the game first.

I pretty much never really "play" anymore. Whenever I try some sort of gameplay something happens (usually a goal/task cannot be completed) that gets in my way or I learn the thing I was trying to accomplish actually isn't possible. These days it is playing around with build/buy mode and editing lots. 
If it weren't for how the fanbase is undoubtedly dogged about sticking around and waiting,  I'm surprised there hasn't been an active protest. "Not going to buy any new packs for the Sims 4 until you finally fix the game and the previously released packs. Until then, I'll simulate with the Sims 1 and/or Sims 2. ✌️"

feel the same way on the concerns with new lot types. FR absolutely garbage canned my previous save thankfully i backed it up beforehand. 

What I am really scared about is that the business part will not work well. Actualy in my game if one of my shops are owned by a Sim and  if I am not playing that Sim and another of my Sims visits the sho,p there are no employees in the shop and the Sim cannot buy anything. I know I am not alone to have this bug. They should repair it before launching the new pack. If they do not it is no use buying it. 

I hope we can build multiple community lots on one lot like a cafe and a shop on one lot. I hope it will have tye same system as for rent with selecting the different areas. But my problem is that they will SO MUCH FUN to build but the gameplay will be more broken than Wedding Stories lol

How the game handles the business and residential side. Is what I'm most concerned with. Can't see there not being a loading screen.

I hope you will be positively surprised. I think the room tagging feature is just there to direct sims to where they are allowed to walk. Those borders are not there to separate households, like with rental residental units. In this case one household still owns the full lot, so I don't see why the game would need to load anything afer we loaded the lot. Guess we will know after the gameplay video tomorrow :)
