You can have retail lots at any regular world. It's just a lot type. No need to be in Magnolia Promenade 😊

I didn't thought of it at first but according to SatchOnSims you can't sell clothes you have created (or atleast not directly)

And if not mistaken you can't sell the furnitures neither (someone mentioned it's possible with "Get To Work" if you work at the retail lot but i've wanted this in a business lots so it isn't limited with Magnolia Promenade only) i have furnitures i've found on a dumpster one that comes with "Eco Lifestyle" i still have lots of items there i've wanted to sell that apparently isn't possible with the business lot

I've started a tattoo parlor and the same Sims keep showing up and asking for tattoos. I'm running out of skin on them! 

I agree with you on Everything.  

EA needs to Step it up with this game. Starting with major coding fixes.

Edit: InZoi might be a baby and new to this genre but it won't take the Inzoi team long to master what they are missing in their game with their engin and player feedback.

Well, yeah... that has been their packs since around the beginning... New set dressing, shiny new items, new music and... new ways to do some things that have already existed in the game. Oh, but there is a new gameplay feature or two that didn't exist before, a possible new trait or aspiration and/or career! Admittedly all of these don't really do much to impact the game, especially the new gameplay that has reused the animation of a previous gameplay item/action or uses the absolute minimal of animation possible...

And yeah, with the how the worlds have become emptier over time... I'm pretty sure it is due to them trying to make the worlds "more open" by spacing the lots farther apart so there is "more world" to trek around and "explore". Nice in theory, but... when there is very little to actually find in the "explorable" areas... Eh. 🤷‍♂️

Unfortunately with mods this is all possible but not good for console players that don't have access to these mods. This is EA's lack of coding. 

I'm not exactly sure it is right to say it is neglecting so much as... they are trying to accommodate to something players want in a game that was grounded in a very black and white construct. When the game came out they only factored in male and female, though there was a cheat to combine the male top to the female bottom. As years progress and times change, try taking those two old meshes and make them along with almost everything CAS fluid. That would be like handing Mattel their original Ken and Barbie doll molds and telling them, "Alright, you still have to use these bases, but you must make it so they can wear all clothes, makeup, accessories and hairstyles previously released perfectly. Oh, and get it done in six months."

Since launch the Sims 4 has basically been an experiment in development. The consumers have been the "beta testers" for every attempt they make to convert, change or edit things.

Like with a lot of the complaints players have, what is being wished/asked/demanded for just doesn't work from a "quick fix". The CAS items and the meshes for the Sim bodies all have to be redone to truly fulfill these wants. Unfortunately for those all around, that likely is not happening and will not happen.  😑

Basic 3D in general, the quality isn't at the same level as the rest of the game.

It's not professional.

Look closely. The first image, it is the crotch. It goes down into a triangle/pyramid. The other three... At the very top of the inner thighs, one leg looks like large thorn (a triangle/pyramid) is jutting out of it. The leg next to it accommodates this by going inward. 

What's the issue?

 The crotch or the hips?

Clothing placement?
