Sims not gaining hygiene from showering in bath/shower combo

It’s a bug that SimGuruNick is aware of and trying to fix. For now the only work around is to have a separate shower and tub, or have your sims take baths.

I thought that I was just going crazy! It has just happened to me once, though.

I tend to send my sim into the shower right after work (around 6ish) and then I'll take care of some other things while she's in there. It was like 2 AM sim-time that I noticed that she had not gone to bed like usual and I saw that she was STILL in the shower! She was just standing under the water and deliriously tired and her hygiene was still red. And not only that, but so were her hunger and energy bars!
I usually don't have to worry about those since autonomy is on and she usual takes care of her own needs, but I guess I'll have to keep an eye on her while shes bathing.

I saw this today in a new house that I had just finished building. I guess I'll need to take the combo shower/tub out until this gets fixed.

I also noticed a bug where I started the goaled event for a wedding but the game made it a spooky party. I canceled the event and eventually, I was able to get the wedding to work when I sent the bride and groom to the venue that I wanted and had the bride click on the option to start a wedding event with the groom through the menu of options for interacting with him.

The glitch with the spooky party instead of the wedding occurred when I started the event by phone. I still managed to have the wedding and just ended up with a message about how the spooky party was lame that I ignored.

I've noticed this as well. I've also noticed that needs seem to be decaying more quickly than usual. The autonomous drinking seems to have been dialed back again, thank goodness.

I'm having the same problem. Not only do my sims not gain hygiene, but they also won't stop showering. Not only that, but if they're covered in soot from catching on fire that never gets removed. I hope they fix this glitch soon.
