Sims returning from work mid-shift

I've had kids come home from school early as well as adult sims from their jobs. Sometimes it happens when they leave for work while I'm off lot, I get teleported back home and the sim is there. Sometimes I go into build and buy mode and when I return to live mode, those that were away, return.
On a similar note, I have started club gatherings where the members are in the same household, Some members will be at work but when I travel to the club hangout they are there waiting. Leaving work hours too early.

This one's a bit annoying, as I liked to have my Sims travel while other Sims were in school or at work to avoid having them go into 'self care' mode (which generally means 'raid the fridge'). It's not just happening on holidays, and it also occurs when you take a Sim into CAS.

(I sent the mother to Sixam while the kid was sleeping...kid immediately jumped out of bed. I went back and put the kid to bed and returned to Sixam, only to have the kid awake again. Fine, I thought, do something useful then - build your creativity skill. Got home, and all the leftovers were gone.)
