Simulation Lag Fix

There is a mod by the thread's name that modifies the game so that lots of interaction requests don't lag the game down, and it worked. That mod is the only thing that kept me playing the game, as without it the constant lag and bobbing heads was just unnerving. The mod has been out-dated for a little while, so I have not been able to use it (and thus have not played much) and I really wish some of its ideas on dealing with lag could be implemented into the game.

Please, devs, at least look at the mod and see if it may be useful to implement it. I want to be able to play large houses again.
