I do like situational outfits like raincoats (though I do use a mod to reinforce this, I don't really remember how consistent it is in vanilla gameplay ?). Some costumes at GeekCon or *temporary* festival t-shirts are also okay, imo - situations when the outfits make a lot of sense. Most of the random npc and occult situational outfits - especially walkby outfits - drive me crazy though.
