Snob Npcs?
Is there a way to tell who has the snob trait from the npcs? my sim has the trait and alot of other traits that match nicely and would be nice to find some nice snobby friends for her but hard to tell...

Definitely use the club system. It's a great tool for finding all of the Sims with specific traits.
It's also a handy way to locate sims of specific lifestates. I have like 35 to 40 clubs in my game so far, and almost all of them are set up by trait or lifestate. Then I give them a lot type as the club hangout on for activities that suit the trait/lifestate.
