So...about those NPC bartenders and baristas...

I really, really, REALLY wish there was some way to choose who's in the pool to be selected for those jobs (vendor stalls and waiters/hosts too), or at least to DEselect certain sims. I don't want Vla...

Favoriting is a gamble, for some players it seems to work, for me it doesn't. The only way to stop this for me was to mark the household played and register every unemployed sim in it with the ministry of labour.

I've seen unplayed sims join, quit or change careers autonomously, so maybe that's how Geoffrey became a bartender? By first leaving the secret agent career autonomously and thus becoming available for the bartender role?
