like for me this could be acceptable barely as a summer stuff pack but to put right now is a silly idea and not to mention we do not even get a game pack which just adds more to the dissapointment :/

well at around this time for the 2nd quater we got a game pack and stuff pack but this year it looks like this is all we are getting for the second quater and sadly the summer quaters are just as bad. infact i expected something like this as the summer stuff pack not for the 2nd quater stuff pack.

what do you mean "how?" they just are. there isn't a special explanation they can give you and even if they could I doubt it'd sate you. it's unfamiliar and new content for a game they play regularly and enjoy so they're excited. you can be skeptical of the content and EA's intentions as well as excited. those aren't mutually exclusive.
