I mean, as you mentioned with the ice cream things like waterslides and even the lemonade tray are very specific to Summer. It'd be silly if they did absolutely nothing for our sims with the new weather. And vampires losing the same energy all the time even if it's bright and sunny or so cloudy you can't even see the sun?
