I'm an older player, but I don't really need to see blur removal or real anatomy of my game characters. :#
There's a lot of content around the internet to see all kinds of real anatomy for those who are interested.
I'd like to have some more romantic actions, though, like slow dancing and cuddles and such.
I'm European, I'm more than okay with nudity, but Sims can keep their blur.
