Hi there. :)
My present household, of a teen sim and 2 adult dogs with 2 puppies, is running 2 Vet Clinics.
The first one is close to homelot, so the dogs are often coming over during workhours and that aint working so well. They will require attention and hunt in the bush at the Clinic, so they get dirty, stinky and often sick. That's why I opened a second one, longer away.
I had a staff for some time, Katrina Caliente, and she was set to clean. She was often slacking off and I tried to scold her for that and praise her, when she actualy did work. Then she got rude in a conversation with one of the customers and I sacked her.
To avoid problems with overcrowded waiting room , I deny new customers after 2 - 3 have signed in. Then I work through them and start accepting new ones, when I'm ready.
The Ambrosia Treat is giving a nice profit and I have made a few of those.
It has never been required to do surgery, but on a couple of occasions it looked like the treatment was not "over", when it was over. Pet still showed symptoms when leaving Clinic.
The status, when closing for the day keep suggesting lowering prices, improving stock and decorations of clinic. Sometimes to ad equipment and staff, but I almost always get good rating for patient experience from examination and treatment.
This one said Boom. :)
