Spellcasters and fairies: can they be friends

Spellcasters are my favourite occults and one of the first things I replied to the 'what are your plans for enchanted by nature' discussion was adding fairies to my spellcaster and werewolves club. Unfortunately the devs decided to include fairies with prejudice towards Spellcasters into the new EP. Real life prevents me to play right now despite having pre ordered the game. How bad is the situation? Is there any hope at all for a fairy and a spellcaster to be friends?

    Werewolves are awful broken. There is a balance/imbalance system in the game and werewolves move towards imbalance at the speed of... superspeed! This leaves them open to ailments that can ruin a good playthrough, bad luck, random evil gnomes, firebreath burning objacts, weird upgrades causing fires, random stuff breaking, endless toilet vomiting. You can turn these options off in the game settings; but that's like not installing the game!

    My werewolf gets an ailment once a day. If I cure them using a fairy they don't even wait for the animation to end before getting another...

    I hope it doesn't compound the problem. Until the patch, I'm still labelling the new pack as 'broken'...
