Spooky Day costumes disappeared for anyone else?

Anyone else have their spooky day costumes disappear from "Wear costume" selection? Note, you can still put them on in cas, but they don't count as costumes and you can't wear them automatically during the party like you used to be able to.

Kind of annoying since all of my Halloween party guests are dressed as star wars characters.
