Along the lines of @catmando830's Tiny house challenge I'd like to challenge the community to show off their starters.To be a Starter House it must have all the necessities; bedroom, bath, kitchen, light landscaping and stay Under 20,000 move in cost. Does the above look to easy, then for added challenge try your hand at a family starter which in addition to the above criteria must have 2 bedrooms/sleeping areas. I love pairing bathroom items with my kitchens. Sometimes lounges have a toilet. It's intresting layout is pretty much in a lot of my builds so when I get back on it I'm uploading more. But yeh tht one is pretty cheap and teh kitchen has a tub in it so your sims can cook & bathe.

You're not imagining it. I love pairing bathroom items with my kitchens. Sometimes lounges have a toilet.

I love building starter homes, but I haven't built one with two bedrooms yet. I'll try that as soon as I can! :)
I can't post links or pictures yet, but I've built two starter homes in Newcrest. If you want you can check them out on the gallery, my name there is vepeixoto03 and the houses are Newcrest Starter and Newcrest Starter 2 (I'm not very creative with names).
I'm going to try to change things a little so that I can furnish the second floor of Newcrest Starter, adding another bedroom, without spending more than 20,000.

@Mmdrgntobldrgn Thanks for posting the pics for me and thanks a lot, I'm very glad you liked my buildings! Building houses is my favorite part of the game! I also like "Mint Green Beauty" a lot, my current sims are living in it and I added a basement and some other stuff! :)

Im suitably inspired for my next creation den.
When I'm able to get on s4 ima build a bedroom with a sink.
After all building single rooms is wht I'm best at.
