Still can’t fish in sulani?

STILL cannot fish on any of the beaches in sulani I have no mods no add ons I deleted it all because that’s what I was told would fix the issue and yet! Still can’t fish so after wasting all this time I googled it again and apparently I’m not the only one still with this issue?? And it’s MONTHS old by now. I’m so frustrated with this game I feel every update comes with game breaking bugs that is effecting everyone’s experience it’s so frustrating wanting to come home and play after work and the game just straight up doesn’t work!!!
