They have all that and more in mods. Realistic Reactions mod does just that. Are we allowed to talk about mods here? We are, right? Yes I know we are because there's even a thread for it. So, Realistic Reactions on ModTheSims has infidelity, parental reactions to teens getting into serious trouble (pregnancy, drugs) and the other stuff you mentioned and a whole lot more, are in Basemental and Sacrificial.
