All NPC roommates may come with quirks, interests and different archetypes. Using mods like MCCC you can probably change out their roommate traits to more desirable ones. Here are a list of traits they can come with:

Ahh ok that makes sense. Well at least they make it interesting LOL. I think just all their friends coming over can be a little annoying

Thank you so much for the cheats!! The more I play it the more fun it does become. I think the most annoying thing is just the weird loud voice of one of my roommates LOL
