@Umbreon12 I moved half of my teens into 2 communal living areas where one is for boys and the other for girls. I started clubs for them and have a prom location (or any other event like home coming or just a general hang out, works best as a night club set to teen and university hang out) and some teens still live at home.
I've had more fun with them than young adults honestly. The only thing I'm lacking is a good mod to shorten the length of time they're at school. But I've really enjoyed having either lot (girl or guy home) filled with teens and the "drama" of teen life. They're always hanging out and the best winter fest holiday was with them. It was super cute to have so many over at once place.
