But if I started a gang I'd make the Ghostbusters. They just go around picking fights with all the ghosts I have inhabiting the public lots.
I wish the Ghost-Busting in Sims3 had gone farther than it did. As for a gang, I do have the crew of the Enterprise (Original) in my game. They are a force to be reckoned with and put the Mother in her rightful place, they did. ;)
