My favorite Sim is my current avatar. His name is Cameron Ross. Because I'm still a fairly new Simmer, Cam's story isn't as fleshed out as those of many of your favorites.
I) What do they for a career? After admittedly not working as hard at Buckingham High School as he could have, Cameron is currently working as a lifeguard. He's good at it, and he's been promoted to the top of this career fairly quickly. Cam is still figuring out what career he would like to pursue. He enjoys gardening and animals, so perhaps a future as a professional gardener or a veterinarian lies ahead for him.
II) How many members in their family: both immediate household and extended. Cameron lives alone in Brindleton Bay, where his family has roots that date back to the earliest days of the community. His grandparents, Mason and Martha Daniel Ross, have retired to their dream home in Sulani. Cameron's parents are Dan and Courtenay Cameron Ross. He has a younger sister, Halle, and a younger brother, Patrick. Cam's parents and siblings live in Willow Creek. The Rosses traditionally give their oldest sons their mother's maiden name. The tradition began with Cameron's great-grandfather, who was named Fightmaster Ross.
III) Where do they live? Tell me a little about their house there. Cameron is a live-in caretaker for the house his grandparents built, a sprawling Dutch Colonial home with more space than one young man needs. It has three bedrooms, a large living room with a grand piano (Cam is learning to play it), and a beautiful outdoor area with a pool, fire pit, and gazebo for outdoor dining.
V) What challenges do they face? (maybe they live off-the-grid, get abducted or live in a haunted house…) The biggest challenges Cameron faces are related to growing up. He was lonely when he moved to Brindleton Bay, and he's slowly creating a life for himself that isn't completely tied to his old friends from Willow Creek. And he's still deciding what he wants to do with his life. He has a loving family and friends who have his back, so he's not facing these challenges alone.
V) What is their single greatest achievement to date? Cameron hasn't accomplished any great things so far. He would say that learning to take care of himself--preparing meals, getting a job, learning to care for plants--would be his most noteworthy achievements. I would add Cam's creation of the friendship network that surrounds him. He would probably also mention a great first date with Angie Reynolds, an "ugly duckling" from high school who's grown into a lovely "swan," a successful young doctor.
VI) In a few words, tell me their idea of the “best” adventure. Cameron would pick his date with Angie. A number of well-meaning friends gave him more than enough advice on how to make the evening perfect, and Angie's friends did the same thing with her. The evening went very well, even though a clumsy waiter dropped their meal, stepped in it, and took hours to bring them another meal. Cam undoubtedly has many more adventures ahead of him.
