In my personal opinion, San Myshuno has the feeling of San Francisco mixed with Shanghia. The brownstone neighbourhood of Spice Market or even the Arts Quarter has a typical American downtown aroma, while the skyline is reminiscent of Shanghai mostly. I'd place it in Asia judging by all the themes present. Oasis Springs has a typical California-ish vibe, Magnolia Promenade & especially Newcrest have a typical suburban American feel. I'll put Willow Creek in there too. Lastly, Windenburg and Forgotten Hollow is definitely European. Windenburg looks quite Germany/Switzerland-ish type? Forgotten Hollow seems to be a mixture of American Sleepy Hollow & European elements, I'd personally place it in Europe too.
