I am happy it is not a star wars theme park pack. I find the idea of a star wars pack interesting, and I would also enjoy a regular theme park pack. But I don't want the only theme park in the sims to be tied to a brand.
That was a good point!
Also, Batuu looks a bit shady and I feel like my sims can use some of that. A lot of Sims 4 is very....happy  . I use a ton of mods to dial the happy down so this is something that I really appreciate. Troopers leading sims away at gunpoint does not scream family-vacation to me which is why this is a good addition for me right now but I will definitely be happy for something else that is fun to do with the kiddos. An amusement-park that is made for the entire family would be a lot of fun. Not shady in character and I would prefer to see it placed not out in the desert, rather that it came with lots of greenery and new plants.
I wonder what kind of Amusement-park would be most fun for builders? Think I would prefer rides and stuff that could be placed in different scenarios and maps. Star Wars-rides would be fun but it would be very difficult to not make it...spacey. But I am a crappy builder who looks for greatness in the Gallery so I am not sure.
Sidenote:
I was so so disappointed when spellcaster-kids did not even have a "watch magic"-interaction or that spellcaster-parents couldn't even make a shower of glitter and stars for their kids. For all intents and purposes, magic does not exist for kids. So happy that children has gotten more attention in later packs. They can make candles and knit and the teach to knit-interaction is great <3
