There's no option to 'Transfer Patient case" on the doctor?

You need to be talking to the doctor for the option to appear.

wow really I could do that !!! I finished my doc career and didn't even know.

I was talking to the doctor.I clicked on the doctor and there was no option.

Hi Rose, Sorry, my post was lacking.I already tried clicking on the doctor, there's no option to do so.I could do it in the lower levels of the career, but not in the higher levels.I have way too many patients and they're leaving.

it used to be the doctor, until a recent update the transfer patient case was moved to the patient under diagnosis to make it a little more friendlier you get a dialog box and choose which doctor, though there may be more than one doctor listed in the list only one or two play the role of doctor in the career at certain times.
