I didn’t know that songs made on the Mix Master Music Station may appear on the radio @simgirl1010 🙂 Thanks for letting us know!

Thank you for all the kind words. I'm happy that it is well received. Going through the tuning files is interesting for me too.
Today I'll share a small fact though.
On knitted gifts, the reaction depends on the gift quality. There is an exception though: gifting a knitted baby onesie to a pregnant sims will always result in a positive reaction.
There are also two special gift reaction that can happen:
- Gifting a sweater to a sim that is in a relationship (either lover or boyfriend/girlfriend, engaged and married sims are safe) will result in a sweater curse for the receiver. This will cause most of sim's romantic interactions to fail for 7 days. This won't happen when one of the sims have Sacred Knitting Knowledge trait. This trait also gives an ability to remove the curse.
- Gifting a knitted Grim Reaper plush to the Grim Reaper will reset your sim's aging bar. This will work only once though as any other times will make the Grim Reaper question your sim's hobby (the relationship will still go up though).
So yeah, that is it for today.
The knitted baby onesie is very sweet for sims to knit, and is a special gift to give to a pregnant sim @EgonVM 🙂

I'll take a fun fact from one of my previous interest threads (Community Closeness from Eco Lifestyle).
If you ever get a call to give an entrepreneur 1,000 Simoleons and give it, they may call you back to ask you for more. At this point, you don't need to give them more money, as saying that your sim can't afford it will keep the chain going. Calling them out will get you 2,000 Simoleons and ends the chain.
If you're patient enough, they'll eventually call you back to say that they got their business going off. You can either take 25,000 Simoleons or 2,500 Simoleons and a relationship gain.
So yeah, on follow-up calls, the only benefit of giving them 1,000 Simoleons more is the relationship gain.
Other than that, you only need to pay 1,000 Simoleons once (to start the chain).
Thanks for the helpful information about follow up calls @EgonVM 🙂 It is good to know the effects of responses.

A small fun fact today.
What affects how successful your sim is pleading to Grim Reaper?
Here's the list!
- Having a child plead raised the chance of success.
- Emotional pleads are more successful when your sim is in Very state.
- Having Gloomy trait helps with Sad pleading.
- Potion of Prompt Resurrection fail will make your sim always fail pleading.
- Viewing the the completed Sugar Skull shelf will help.
- Potion of Prompt Resurrection and Grimbucha helps.
- Wearing charged Jet and Hematite also helps.
So yeah, again, having a child in your household can be strategically useful I guess...

Ok, I took a look at which sims break which rules more often.
These rules will never be broken by NPC tenants:
- No Ghosts
These rules have the same chance to be broken by every NPC tenant:
- Maximum Occupancy
- No Pets
And now we have three rules left. And these are affected by what's in the unit and who's living there.
- No Social Events: Sims with Family-Oriented, Outgoing, or Party Animal trait(s) are going to break it more.
- No Loud Noises: Sims with Bro, Music Lover, or Party Animal trait(s) are going to break it more. They require a TV or a stereo for this.
- No Trash Overload: Sims with Slob trait are going to break it more.
It was great to read which sims with what traits have a higher chance of breaking rules @EgonVM 🙂 It helps to understand why rules are broken.

I thought about gifting more info on gift giving.
It turns out that sim's traits can affect the outcome. Well, there are three cases for this:
- Bookworms love books.
- Childish, children, and toddlers love toys.
- Foodie and Glutton sims love food (as long as it's untouched).
- Cheerful and Outgoing sims seem to never dislike a friendly gift from their friend (unless it's a flower or knitted item).
- Romantic sims and sims in Flirty mood seem to never dislike a romantic gift from their lover.
- Materialistic sims seem to never dislike a money gift.
In addition, what value the gifted item is also affects how much reputation your sim gains.
- Medium gain: 2,500+
- Small gain: 500 - 2,499
- Tiny for below 500.
Gifting Romantic gifts may get your sim gifted a rose.
