I sent my sim to Batuu to start out with, had her do all the regular stuff, dodging stormtroopers, opening crates, molding her clay, drawing on her digital sketchpad, huh?? I can't keep her off either the clay or sketchpad. Of course there's nothing in their inventory except Batuu stuff, right, wrong, clay is in her inventory but her pad isn't. :# The only good thing about clay appearing in her inventory in Batuu is I get galaxy credits for it instead of simoleans. She now has over 1600 in credits. If this is the result in some mod okay, but if not, I won't be sending her back to Batuu anytime soon.

The clay bug has been happening for a while I believe, along with the constant cake-making bug. Maybe if we cross our fingers and wish extra hard, someone might fix it.LOL who am I kidding, we've had an alien face-shrinking bug for what, five years now? Ugh. Playing on ps4 is a nightmare because I have no mods to fix what EA won't. Had no idea the game was this broken or I'd have just waited for Sims 5 or something.

You need simvasions Eco Lifestyle Interactions fixes mod. It's a bug, played sims are not supposed to do NAP actions like that.

I swear if I play two in game days I end up with at least six clays. Does anyone know where are they /actually/ supposed to come from? Presumably a collectible? I hate to think they're robbing craft stores.

I have always had a problem but only with some sims, not all. It wasn't a sims breaker for me. When I have to start fighting with a sim, fighting everything that is being pushed for them to do, I will delete that sim...even if it's one of my favorites. There's no fun always watching the que column to make sure they're not going to stop in the middle of cooking to go do something else, or "view" a picture on the wall. :s

No! What we need is for EA to fix the problem. Mods shouldn't be a requirement in order to play the game without these kind of disruptions.

It’s very true. Mods should never be a requirement to repair the game, but until then it’s good they exist for those who need them until the team fixes the bugs. These should be prioritized first and foremost and hopefully an EL bug fix comes with today’s patch.

Turn off the NAPs in game settings. You don't need a mod to stop the madness thank goodness.

Of course, but until EA/Maxis fixes this, you can use this mod. This bug should have been fixed a long time ago. Turning off NAPs didn't work for me, what did work is l started a new game in Strangerville .( I read somewhere that eco living doesn't effect Strangerville) So far no crazy baking white cakes or playing with clay. I do have them drinking loads of water though. I'm keeping my fingers crossed because I just couldn't play anymore with all that cake baking and clay molding.

I will try turning off NAPs but everyone is right, I shouldn't have to. If EA can't fix these bugs, why don't they come out and say so. I could understand given the sheer amount of packs that they have spit out in the last 6 years, so why don't they say so instead of ignoring it like the elephant in the room. Gah!!

Thanks for all the responses everyone! After 20 years of sims playing, the game certainly isn't perfect but the more stuff they pump out, the glitchier it's going to get. :#

My StrangerVille surprisingly has NAPs. Maybe it's just the ECO pollution stuff that is not valid in that world? Good that you avoided the madness, though.

don't vote in the nap creative arts i found that one gives your sim clay, also turn off npc voting in game options, and if you use testingcheats true you can pick all 4 nap by shift clicking mailbox
