Thought Bubbles and Their Meanings …

I have a question, though, about the thought bubble images and what some of them are supposed to mean? For instance, it's quite common for my teen Sims to have a diaper in their thought bubbles. No, not all at the same time, although there are four teens in this household, ranging in age. Does it mean they recognize they're not babies anymore, or what do you think it could possibly mean? This just occurred again. The second eldest offspring in my Sim family just competed in the Karaoke Contest. He's trying to retain his Title, if you will. He has won it three times in succession. I have him work on his extra credit while he awaits the results. He gets the thought bubble with a diaper in it at this time. What could he be thinking?
