I just experienced my first in this game - Ethan was going outside to "Investigate". No - no! What I did was type in testingcheats on - and then shift click your sim, and press the top one "reset"....

Personally, I use the satellite dish to deny the invasions and MC Command Center also can remove any invasion chance.
I have to agree that invasions and abductions are just not fun or cool.
Male sim gets taken somewhere against their will and gets impregnated.
A certain R word comes to mind instantly.
Oh, by the way - a small trick. If you are playing with testing cheats on or Command Center,
then you can reset a sim who is walking towards their abduction with SHIFT+LMB menu.
