Toenail color

The same thing is happening to me. There's no nail color on their toes when the pedicure is finished. However, when they get manicures, the fingernail color does show up. The only way my sims' toenail colors show up is if I choose them through CAS. I've tried playing without the mods folder in, and the toenail color still doesn't show up after pedicures.

Same thing happened to me also. It must be glitched maybe?

Are you getting the pedicure first? I read that it wears off immediately when you get a manicure after the pedicure. Try getting the mani first, then pedi.

I don’t think that’s the problem cause my sim had her manicure first and her toe nails still didn’t show. They do show if they are added in CAS though. It just seems to be when they are done in the gameplay that they don’t work.

I get the same thing, toe nails polish doesn't show if applied in game, either regardless of whether it was done before or after manicures.

In my new save it worked perfectly fine but in my old save it did not work the first time. I had to have my sim get her nails painted 3 times in a row before they showed up.
