Too much muscle!

I would be interested in this as well. Don't really like my sim girls to have that much muscle, it doesn't look right. Especially when they are pregnant. Other than making them binge eat from the food stalls, I don't know any other way than adjusting the sliders with cas.fulleditmode. Not even sure letting them gain weight would help.

Just avoid muscle building activities. Weightlifting is the most obvious one. Not sure about boxing and swimming. Jogging or running on the treadmill should be fine since they're pure cardio.

And like what Kathykins said, you can use cas.fulleditmode to instantly get rid of what they have now

Don't let the Sim in question have access to any workout equipment for a week or more. Sims automatically revert to their original bodyshape if you don't mess with them for a while. Well, except for females who seem to gain weight from just being alive.

If you don’t mind mods I know there is one out there that makes it so your sims just stay the way you make them look in CAS. I have been useing it for ages now.

If my Sim starts to look a way that I didn't mean for them to look, I simply pull them into the cas.fulleditmode, and fix them from there. Easy-peasy.

Yeah, I chose the bodybuilder aspiration for one of my Sims and when he completed it, I wanted to cry at how ugly he looked. Too much muscle :P

I use the treadmill when I don't want to end up with a musclebound sim. I have done the bodybuilder one and I will have them reach the maximum muscle for that part of the aspiration and then I have them focus on the treadmill more after. Even yoga made one of my sims look like he was going to the Mr. Universe competition. He wasn't meant to be muscular, he was meant to be lean.

In my game male sims who exercise have intense muscles that never seem to go down, whereas a female sim I recently had would lose her muscles hours after working out.

Normally to lose muscle you should not allow your sim to workout on the weight machine or use the rock climbing treadmill for several days. You can also buy the insta-lean potion from the reward store.
