Fairly balanced in my game, with many lot types being tied. My main save has:
8 retail stores
7 parks
6 bars, libraries, museums and restaurants
5 community spaces, rentals and spas
4 cafés, lounges and night clubs
I'm a little surprised about retail stores winning because my sims barely visit them, but then again, it makes sense to have one store for every kind of product. I have one clothing store, one for plants and flowers, one for bots and androids, one for bikes, one for everything alien-related, one for occult stuff, one for animal treats and livestock upgrade parts, and one for Selvadoradian relics. If I ever run out of space, I'll just combine most of them into one big shopping mall for everything.
