Townie Households Almost All Have Same Structure

Has anybody else noticed this? For whatever reason, townie households almost always have the exact same structure. For me, it's just about always either single elder households (seriously, elders EVER...

Yep getting all of this too. I miss Shimrods townie generation mod which corrected a lot of this.
