Is there a way we can turn screenshots into photos that we can place them in sims' home? Sometimes I would have this really lovely picture opportunity but I can only take a screenshot. It's not like I...

I second the suggestion, it would be awesome if we could import screenshots into a blank ingame object. Maybe offer different kinds of frame (poster, thin frame, expensive frame).
In the meantime, if you're on PC, then adding your screenshots as extra swatches to existing paintings with Sims4Studio is very simple. The downside is that for every screenshot you want to have on your sims' walls you'll have a piece of cc in your game now.
You don't have to stop at photos. Here is one example of cc where my sims' lack of resources perfectly aligned with my lack of artistic ability:
