Unable to complete the Aspirations "Master Mixologist" if player chooses The Master Chef branch

Sims cannot change the branch, so after chosen The Master Chef branch in its career, this sims can never complete the goal "Join the Mixology Branch of the Culinary Career" in the "Master Mixologist" ...

Can someone please finally fix this issue? This is clearly a bug, it has been reported across various sites since 2014. The issue is still open e.g., here: answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-4-Bug-Reports/OPEN-Rejoining-a-Branched-Career/m-p/3532999#U3532999 and here: answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-4-Bug-Reports/NOT-FIXED-TECH-GURU-CAREER-STUCK-ON-LEVEL-4/m-p/5240984#U5240984.

It looks like like it may be caused by the Connections Trait Reward which causes the Sim to auto-start at a higher level which gets reported from Level 1 despite being Level 5+ already.
