University is TOO CHEAP

At this rate, I am never going to see the repo man. My sims are literally getting a free ride through University each term and some even make money from the scholarships. I think I am going to stop having my sims apply for scholarships at this point. All my teens are A students and have increased skills along the way. I was really hoping to burn some simoleons in some of my richer families.

I saw Zero has a mod to increase the tuition. Anyone using? Did you have any issues while using it?? DU is so buggy. I have seen issues with moving students into your homes after graduation and I have heard moving your students to a different location after term has caused issues. I have been worried about adding any mods that effect University because I am afraid of killing my save.

  • My sims made A LOT of money so when it came time to send their son to university I denied any scholarships my sim was approved for. Even at that university is overwhelmingly cheap. I was hoping that it would actually be expensive and I might actually have to get a scholarship.
  • You can create really expensive dorms to up the price if you don't want mods. Or just hide really expensive items in a inaccessible room(attic, basement).
