I wish we had more, I have downloaded one modded aspiration that is whim focused and just requires you to complete a number of sims whims- I tend to use this when none of the others fit a sim.

Also, i'm not actually sure if this is true or not, but I've been under the belief that sims live longer as elders if they've completed an aspiration during their lifetime. If this is true, then it's a huge boost to me liking them.
The athletic aspiration reward is a longer life. Since the elder age is open ended it makes sense that the days get tacked on there. I haven't paid attention to see if days are added to other stages. I've usually achieved this as young adults, but then I'm just like "oh, cool... they'll live longer. Then I don't think about it much".
I could see how it could throw things off in a family if other stages were affected; especially teen. I wouldn't mind the adult stage being prolonged though.
