Vampire Birthday?
So I noticed that a young adult vampire’s birthday shows up on the calendar. Is this something I should be worried about?

- My vamps don't have birthdays except for teen vamps - so I don;t have any idea as I have not been playing my vamps while trying the new seasons ep.

I don't think so. The "birthday" is when they reach the end of that age period and is the day before so you can schedule a party for them. But I don't think your vampire will age up unless you use cake to make him or her do that. But I could be wrong. I'll tweet SimGuru Grant about it.
