Vegetarian options

If you mouse over the menu item on the list at a restaurant/food stall, it'll say if it's vegetarian safe -- same with the list of foods you can cook at home. It's just a matter of being careful, same as in real life; I have friends who are vegetarians, and they have to be really careful when eating out. Keep a few green salads in the fridge as a fall back. (At least Sims eat eggs and dairy so it's not as tricky as it could be if they were full vegans.)

I keep forgetting to check, that's the problem :(

I always feel bad when I do that by mistake because I'm a vegetarian and I'd hate somebody forcing me to eat non-veggie meals. Well, unless it happens to be a vegetarian sim I hate, then I do it on purpose. :D

I had the same thing happen earlier - asked a veggie Sim to eat leftovers; she was not happy about it.

Yeah, I tend to accidentally give my vegetarian sims food with meat in it. I want there to be an easier way to see that a food is vegetarian-safe, because, currently, I don't tend to hover over the foods long enough because I just forget that my sim is vegetarian :/

I had a sim buy a pizza at a winter food stall and as I was making sure all 4 family members got something to eat, I completely forget about the eldest son being vegetarian.

I'm still trying to puzzle out how eggs are vegetarian safe? Face/palm.

The game doesn't mention veganism.

There are ovo-lacto vegetarians, who eat eggs and dairy. I'm assuming vegetarian Sims are that category.

When I have at least one vegetarian sim I always cook only vegetarian meals so I don't have problems with Sims feeling bad about eating meat :D it's a bit tedious though
