We need an overhaul on the traits, emotions, whims, and aspirations systems!

I disagree with the aspirations bit. I like being able to switch out my aspiration if I decide that my sim should pursue different goals. The one thing I would like is for teens to have unique aspirations. Some of them, like the family aspirations, cannot be completed until the sim becomes an adult anyway so why would teen have access to that?
