We need more occult lot trait? YES

To make pregnancies result in specific occult types? I think it would be fun, but it wouldn't make sense to have it for aliens imo. I also feel like since mermaids can be created from a 500-point satisfaction reward there doesn't really need to be one for them. But a 'Conflux of Mystical Energies' trait that created a chance of a Spellcaster-baby would be cool!

I also want a spellcaster version of the dark ley line lot trait, as in a small random chance for a spellcaster to be born from normal sims.

As for other lot traits, I am still hoping someone will make a lot trait to allow autonomous use of magic on a lot so we can create a magical place outside of the magic realm if we want to.

There is a CC lot trait, called "On an Occult Ley Line" which combines all currently available occults at one single lot trait. I've been using it ever since it came out and it's a great surprise, to say the least. And I absolutely agree, for us who love occult Sims, such traits would be awesome!
