And watch the food she eats as well. Sim Foods actually have different calories in them.

Also, if you eat diet ice cream they'll lose the weight super fast so if you want to accomplish your goal with exercise, avoid that one haha. It's "Almost" a cheat ;)

Edit: Totally off topic, but apparently this was my 1000th post haha! (I know it says 1023 under my picture but that seems to be wrong as I was in the 990's 30 min ago and this post gave me the pop-up saying I got the badge :) )

There's an ice cream to make Sims gain weight quick too (Although I think all are pretty calorie heavy, the one in particular is called "weight of the world" haha. ) And yeah, I think the lowest calorie foods are the garden salad and maybe fish tacos or something... I forget but if you do a search there is a list on here :)

Take away the stove and force them to live on salad. It shifts weight fast and no autonomous cooking. I love the diet icecream method but one of my male sims likes his cuddly dad bod and refuses to eat it.

Just have her eat fruit and garden salad and run on the treadmill for a while and your sim will look like a marathoner before you know it.

Could also have her eat raw foodstuff from harvesting like carrots, tomatoes and such. A one item wont fill her hunger bar completely even though its halved and its healthy. Not sure how many calories harvestables have but I can't imagine its more than a full meal.

Exercise and diet. I've learned that pretty much anything with fish has 0 calories. Even fried fish lol.
