weight loss?
My sim is bigger and I want her to get healthier for my story line but I don't want to cheat. If I have her exercise will she lose weight?

There's an ice cream to make Sims gain weight quick too (Although I think all are pretty calorie heavy, the one in particular is called "weight of the world" haha. ) And yeah, I think the lowest calorie foods are the garden salad and maybe fish tacos or something... I forget but if you do a search there is a list on here :)
