Werewolves integration

So it’s been two days now since release ,I haven’t had much time to play around yet but I was wondering for players who have how is werewolves integrated into the occult world with other occult I know the team said werewolves will start fights with vampires, but what about spell casters ,mermaid, aliens or maybe even sims!?!?
  • Not all of them fight vampires. Greg will I believe. My created weresim didn't engage in a fight with Lilith Valtore but upon meeting they had half negative friendship. So it is instant. It didn't queue up to fight Lilith but I also sent my weresim home.

I haven't noticed anything with mermaids or aliens yet. My spell casters can't do magic on Greg unless the friendship meter is about half or so. Not sure if they're somewhat limited in magic at first or not yet or if it's specific to Greg. I haven't been through enough moon cycles or sims to say just how much lore overlaps but there is some for spell casters and most deals with vampires.

Greg was a spell caster before werewolf. Greg seems to have a particular hatred for Vlad that goes way back. So from this I don't think mermaids and aliens are included in the back story or lore.
  • I can confirm that a Full Moon reduces Hydration decay with merfolk.

This means mermaids and mermen can use their abilities more freely the night of a full moon.

I haven’t gotten the pack yet, but I fully intend to.

As @wahini2024 said werewolves and vampires don’t seem to fight autonomously unless from my experience the werewolf is actively rampaging when they encounter the vampire. But in my experience a rampaging werewolf has a chance of autonomously fighting anyone in its path including other werewolves. Outside of a rampage in either human or wolf form they automatically have a 50% negative friendship bar upon meeting and instantly have the option to fight on the social wheel under mean interactions. According to the lore with this pack, werewolves are former spell casters who changed form in order to defend themselves against the vampires. So they don’t seem to have an instant negative relationship with spell casters, and that also applies to merfolk, aliens, and human sims all of whom will though may react negatively to a werewolf if they’re rampaging, or mark territory in front of them. Rampaging in front of other sims also tanks your reputation if you have Get Famous installed. I absolutely love this pack they have really dotted all if the Is and crossed all of the Ts in terms of fleshing out the lore, the werewolves, and cross pack gameplay.
