But I found that MCCC can swap temperaments in and out, since they are coded as hidden traits. As long as you know what they are called, you can choose more in-character ones. Oh wow!! You can have noise-sensitive as a hidden trait, that’s awesome! Being sensitive to noise has been a big part of my life. It will be so cool to have that in game.

He does kinda look like an older version of Lord Lycan doesn't he. I actually have Lord Lycan and Lady Sanguina, they were just waiting for the werewolf pack so Lycan could become a Werewolf lol.

If it makes you feel any better, I don't think that's actually official at this point; people just seem to be speculating about it. Personally, I'm not convinced. The facial hair is the same, but most of the actual facial features look very different to me. Until I hear it from a guru, I'm not buying it.

I saw on a Reddit that a Guru in lilsimisies live stream confirmed that it was NOT Lord Lycan and it's simply a coincidence they look similiar.

I hope they never nerf the conflict. I love the conflict in this pack. I love that they even get upset with themselves if they rage out and it hurts someone they like. It has consequences, which I'm enjoying.

Much of it makes me laugh. Savage poo and beastly bathing.

Not a huge fan of this CAS (but I'm picky, that's on me)

Greg is awesome. Is he married?

Overall it's really well fleshed out. I'm usually not excited to build but I really do like this world and can envision a few themes easily coming together.

I have never had a pack I have enjoyed more than this one. I have lots of packs that I love, but in just over 24 hours this one has topped them all, and we're all still just scratching the surface of what is in there.

Makes you wonder now if MWS suffered the way it did because it was being developed parallel to this one for a few critical months. They were released close enough together that their development tracks would have been side by side for some time. The level of detail in Werewolves, anything coming along at that same moment in time might not have gotten quite the attention that any two other parallel packs got. More time and resources were getting funneled into Werewolves, or so it seems.

I will definitely be watching the news on any future packs to see if SimGuruBat and GrimSuruDoi and working together on it. If this is any indication of what they do heading up a project they will have my full attention. Sorry if I'm gushing, but I can't help it, I love this pack. I'm not having any trouble overlooking some of the disappointing aspects. There are things left out I wish hadn't been, but it's not bugging me like I thought it might before I got my hands on it.

I'm no developer, but I think another issue for MWS is that it was very ambitious in what it wanted to do, but it broke the rules of King Autonomy. Sims just aren't meant for sitting and focusing on one thing for very long.

However even compared to other good packs, they just went above and beyond with this one. The build up to it was awesome. It was really fun watching the speculation. And the Gurus were really open about various things we could look forward to, without giving too much away.

It makes me really happy to see Werewolves get this treatment, finally, because I've always felt like they were really underdeveloped in the other games. You did hit on a fatal flaw with MWS, it is heavily dependent on something that is absolutely not a part of a sim's nature.?

There is a really big reason why this pack turned out like it did. The Guru's who were heading up this build clearly love occult gameplay. I won't pretend to know much about the Gurus backgrounds, but I do know it was mentioned at least a couple of times on here that SimGuruBat is a admitted fan of occult gameplay. Maxis gave the keys to this pack to probably the best Gurus they could have possibly chosen to bring it to life. It was a pack that perfectly suited their talents, interests, and passions. It shows in what they gave us, and you could feel it with GrimSuruDoi in the livestream. This was his baby, he invested a bit of himself into its creation, and he was a proud papa. In one day they have set the new standard for what a game pack can be, and should be.

Whoever was responsible for this pack deserves some serious appreciation. :) Granted I don't particularly like the whole 'werewolves vs vampires' aspect, but to me that is a very minor grip overall for what is amounting to a pack I am having an absolute ball playing (and the rivalry thing is pretty easy to overcome, and therefore ignore, as it is). :)
