Wet clothes sad moodlet

Today while playing I noticed two of my sims who decided to go swimming (in bathers no less) got sad moodlets because their clothes are "damp" I'm assuming this is a bug since bathers are designed to be well...wet. Anyone else having this bug crop up?

    A weird thing in the sims 4 is some of the hats can make sims feel different moodlets (The panda hat makes my sims sad lmao), but I don't think swimsuits do that. Maybe try shift+clicking them and click the "Reset Object (DeBug) option will fix that? Idk

    I have tried reset object and that didn't fix it. What was strange was that I had another sim from the same household go swimming and she didn't get the damp clothes moodlet, so I really have no clue haha XD
