Haven't tried it all the careers yet, and certain aspirations (though I intend to eventually)
Never done legacies, or even gone beyond two generations.
Never had twins or triplets, but that might be because I don't often (ie rarely) have any of my sims try for a baby. There is always at least one fur baby though!
Have not tried cc yet or any of the mods, besides MCCC, which I still haven't fully explored
