Definitely entertainment venues like bars and nightclubs; that's where all of my freak sims congregate and get weird. And because most of the clubs I create are open-air, it's not uncommon for them to be dancing in a raging thunderstorm or blizzard.
But I also like the beach venues in Sulani, so my mermaids can play :)
