What are/is Black & White Cookies, Black & White Cake and White & Black Cake?

I'm asking what these are cause I have a bakery and all three of those are in it and I didn't make any of them and I was wondering how do you make them cause my sims have all 10 skills of baking, cook...

So in my game ( I have the digital deluxe pack), the black and white cakes are just 2 layered with no frosting but when I hover above it the quality is excellent...? I don't know what is wrong does anyone know what this glitch is and how to fix it? Thanks-Heather
