What Cheat Do the Sims Gurus use in LIVESTREAM?

So I saw several times in the livestream for seasons that they would adjust individual needs bars for sims. They just clicked on hunger or energy and it would change to wherever they wanted it to be. ...

It’s a cheat available only to them. SimguruGraham asked weeks ago if any cheats they use we would be interested and he seems to be aware players want this cheat as well.
