What constitutes healthy food?
Seriously, i have googled and googled and everyone says "eat healthy food" but nobody ever ever lists what IS healthy food...

Depends on the health/nutrition guru you check. They all disagree with one another other than drinking enough water to float the Queen Mary. Boiled down it seems to be lots of water and their exclusive, and oh so expensive, powders and pills. The more I checked the more confusing it got. Sims have it way easier than we do. Eat what they like, an if they get tubby just take them into CAS.
